Please read the following instructions very carefully, as all information must be submitted in order to confirm your registration for Music Fest Perugia 2025.

Please ensure all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are filled in. You must complete this form in its entirety, including all required attachments, to successfully register. You should set aside about 10 minutes to do so.

Registration for the summer of 2025 opens on the 1st of November, 2025.
Your initial registration may include either a DEPOSIT of 350 EURO (Non refundable) or the TOTAL FEES for your program which are listed in the column to the right.

If you choose not to pay in full initially, and are only sending us a deposit, please note that the entire Tuition balance is due NO LATER THAN May 15th, 2025.

Professor cancellation is not a criteria for tuition reimbursement.

The refund of fee is entirely at the discretion of the board. Refunds are rare selective and usually on presentation of medical certificates.

The 350 Euros registration fee is non refundable at anytime.
Registration deadline is May 15th, 2025. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OF ANY SORT AFTER March15th, 2025.
If full payment is not received by May 15th, 2025, MFP reserves the right to refuse any refunds at that time, and your registration will no longer be active.

Perugia program includes lodging and full breakfast. Other meals are not provided. Entrance to all Music Fest Perugia performances and sponsored events are also included free, including our Opera production.
IMPORTANT: Young participants under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by at least one parent.

The Music Fest Perugia will take place in two sessions. When registering, you must choose one of the sessions. The fee paid refers to just one of the sessions The dates for Music Fest Perugia 2025 are 1st session: June 17th (Arrival to Perugia) - June 26th (Departure from Perugia) and 2nd session: June 28th (Arrival to Perugia) - July 7th (Departure from Perugia).
[Please notice the first date of the session is the arrival date and the last one the departure date. If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later than those dates, you will be asked to pay an additional fee for each night spent in the hotel. We are asking to participants to arrive on the date of the festival, hotel space in the summer is very scant.]

All monies associated with the registration process MUST be sent via international wire transfer in EURO only. Instructions on where to wire the funds are listed in the registration field which follows.

Upon successful submission of all required materials and tuition monies, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provide to us in your registration. Check your spam folder as well, as the confirmation email might end up there.

Auditors: MFP is also able to provide lodging, full breakfast and an auditor ticket to parents and families traveling with young students in Perugia.
